They will say anything
Recently my wife and I purchased a 2014 forest river solera and were promised a shelf installed next to the bed and sissor jacks in the rear to help stabilize the motorhome when parked.when we went to pick it up it wasnt done ( my mistake was that i paid for the camper and made another appointment). I returned 2 weeks later and the service dept had no record of me ever makeing an appointment. Pissed dosent come close.I canclled the service contract(because it said that i had to do business with them if within 100 mi) Sorry, i will never return and recommend if you need a RV look some place else

Buffalo Rv Extended Service Review from Horseheads, New York
I have a 2012 Blue Ridge that I bought from a sister store and have in the Buffalo RV territory for service. I bought the extented on site service contract because I dont have towing capacibilities. It took 13 months , 4 different service managers to get just the simplest of things done. I now have an awning trouble,so after chatting with the vice president of the company, thought i would give them a second chance. Three weeks from the initial call, two follow up calls beimg left on hold, and a third which put mw through to the service voice mail. Still nothing and it has been a week. So i called the vice president per his request. Still nothing. Poor service doeant begin to describe what you get.

There service dept. Is the worst
We have a brand new Evergreen 2015 trailer. We used it twice. All kinds of problems, water leaks and actually 15 things wrong some minor some major. There have had our trailer for awhile. They never answer our calls or return them. They are either out went home early or are with a customer. We have even called the manufacturer. One says they haven't been contacted by each other. We purchased this very expensive trailer to use for the camping season. We have reservations for many places and no trailer. No one has returned our calls. Very very poor service. May have to involve our lawyer.
Cons:
- Service department very poor
- Service

Damaged or defective

Staff Review
Waiting 3 week for a price on 1 handle and interior tape. They well not order it without Jaycos confirmation. Give me a break it's less than $10.00. Found price and confirmation with 1 phone call to a competitor. So I called Buffalo RV. And left 3 massages with No return call.

Buffalo RV Extremely POOR Service
DO NOT buy from Buffalo RV. If you do then DO NOT expect anything close to any kind of quality service. Their service department is absolutely horrible in responding to problems issues. They DO NOT return calls, they DO NOT keep their word, they do not show up when promised. What they do very well is forget and ignore you. In all my 60 years I have never received such bad service from ANYWHERE. The owners of this organization need to take a real serious look at the incompetence and lack of quality of the service department. If I had known it was going to be this bad up front for buying a $33,000.00 camper – I most definitely would have gone elsewhere. I actually challenge them to have them make me change this review. It’s despicable service. We've had numerous problem with a brand new camper and each and every problem came with a struggle in the service department - and we even bought the extended warranty.
Cons:
- No customer service

Treated like a vagrant by salesman
I was spending the day with my wife of 20 years, looking at class A motorhomes at buffalo RV in Elma/Hamburg NY. We looked through 5 or 6 Georgetown class A' s, when we were approached by Tom ? In an accusatory manner, he said " you're not supposed to be looking at these RV's unescorted ". "you shouldn't be out here alone". I tried telling Mr. not so nice, " we have a class A we're trading up to a Georgetown " Now he began asking us personal questions. I told my wife "let's go". So, we got the *** out of there. We are both retired and our next purchase is a cash deal. $ 100,000 +. It will not be another RV from these guys. We started there with a pull behind.

Broken parts not fixed when picked up brand new
Me and my wife picked up our new Laredo 240mk over 2 months ago. When they got the new unit ready for us we noticed the screen door opened very hard. They knew about the door hinge being sprung and said they ordered a new one but was ok to use as is until the new hinge arrived. Well the first time out the hinge broke on the screen door. It has now been over 2 months and we still have a broken hinge. They did order a hinge a month and a half later but it was wrong. Just a big waisted trip. What gets us the most is that they do not call us as to the status of the hinge. We have called their service department more than 2 dozen times and they tell us they will let us know but never do. I had to personally contact Keystone to get the ball rolling. We are now waiting of a new hinge that will take a week to get. It is now going on over 2 months and still no fix and no phone call to let us know what is going on. Worst service I ever received from company. They want your money when you make the sale but seem to not care when it comes time to fix it.

I think they dont want people walking around the lot as they have had lots of vandals there over the years. Hundreds of thousand of dollar of damage/broken windows/ breakins ect.
Kids also vandalize refiler concerete right behind there.
Hamburg is not the town it used to be...Plus with Scranton right nearby, its like the ghetto of hamburg a block away. Lots of kids with nothing to do but throw rocks and vandalize.
Same thing happened to me at there store.Back in 2010 my wife and I went to the store and nobody was around to greet us,after about 10 minutes we started looking around and low and behold a salesman showed up and started behaving like a Nazi storm trooper straight out of the gate "whats your name and what are you doing on the grounds unescorted! I told him I was looking at making a purchase. And more questions started.after about the 3rd I told him to F off and we left .Never again,I don't know how they stay in businesses? We bought a new class A closer to home.
Wow! It sounds like that business is being run by the United States Government!
