First off way too many unreturned phone calls. Had to either go in personally to Buffalo RV or email corporate for any kind of service.

Just bought a 2017 rockwood and at the end of the demo we noticed a broken window bracket that they knew about it and didn't say anything until we noticed it and the worker said the part was on order. he said a worker broke it while washing it,also a dent on the window frame where the bracket was broken. when I talked to service manager about the broken bracket he asked if I bought the extended warranty REALLY It is a brand new trailer with a 1 year warranty that hasn't left Buffalo RV yet.

Mike Watkins lied about having a solid surface countertop and we now have laminate top, very shady to say the least. will never go back, everyone I talk to says the same thing about Buffalo RV (worst customer service ever) the only thing they are lacking are clown suits.....

Nobody returns phone calls. Even the management.
