Buffalo Rv - Poor service
As of May 2,2018,our refrigerator/ freezer hasn't worked properly.We called and got no reply ,they said they were out on the 2nd,still not right.came out again put door on.and no call back to see if ok door has a gap on the top.Now it's Aug.19 and called them back said freezer is thawing out now everthing is thawed had to throw away all meats .Called a ton of times,Will Not answer there phone and call you back.Had to call corporate office of Jayco and they called buff.rv and they won't answer them, also.corporate, call another rv company and there coming to look and hopefully repair it.We live in this tralier for the summer.We would not recommend them to anyone. our electric bill is sky high and we lost a few hunderd dollors in food,they don't care and don't reply.They should not be in bussinees if they don't what to service a product.very poor service, love our Jayco North Point just want our freezer fixed
